Dandenong South

Long standing customer Ian Cook has been expanding his business and in early 2009 purchased a 1000sqm factory in Dandenong South with a view to move from his current production kitchen from Adelaide Street.

Our brief included design and consultation and provision of all Refrigeration including 5 large Cool Rooms, 1 x Packaging Room with a controlled air temp of 12°C and freezer room. A specialist dishwashing/crate washing room with a Washteck CK106 crate/dishwasher and stainless steel benching was installed. 10 metres of Exhaust Canopy and Make Up Air System was also installed as well as 2 x Blast Chillers.

Melbourne Refrigeration and Catering Equipment also oversaw the moving of the existing cooking and packaging equipment from I-Cook's previous location.
