Bakery Training Area - July / August 2007
Melbourne Refrigeration & Catering Equipment successfully tendered to supply and install an extensive range of Equipment and Custom built stainless steel fabrication for the newly built 'state of the art' Bakery Training Area at the Holmesglen Institute of TAFE - Moorabbin Campus.
With the Institute commissioning the APM Group to build a new extension into the existing Hospitality Building to house the Bakery, a successful and satisfying end result was achieved by Melbourne Refrigeration and Catering working closely with the needs of both the college hospitality staff and the APM Group.
Equipment supplied and installed by Melbourne Refrigeration & Catering Equipment included: Custom built stainless steel benchwork, Heavy-duty Bear Planetary mixers, Pavailler Dough Divider, Rollmatic pastry sheeter, Five cell Bongard Retarder/Proofer, Bertrand Pavailler Universal Moulder, Pavailler Water Chiller stand-mounted, Pavailler Water Mixer/Meter for accurate recipe mixing, Mareno electric cooktops, 2Cool Under Bench Refrigeration, Williams Upright Storage Refrigeration. The relocation of some of the Institutes existing equipment and modifications to some of existing bench work was also achieved.
