D’Alia’s Restaurant Bar Café opened for business in December 2007 and has been going strong ever since with their friendly and efficient service and an Italian style menu which is great value for money.

Melbourne Refrigeration and Catering Equipment supplied a new cooking bank of Waldorf Heavy Duty cooking equipment including:  Fryers, Ranges, Grill Plates, and Chargrill.   Also achieved was the supplying and installation of 3 x Williams Jade Pizza Preparation Refrigerators, and the manufacturing and installation of a 6m long exhaust canopy and custom made wall flashing backed with 9mm fire rated Bellis Board for the kitchen area.  The bar area has 3 x four door and 1 x two door 2Cool underbar fridges and 1 x 2Cool 1500mm Glass Cake Display Refrigerator.
